PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable air conditioner for a housing unit capable of surely preventing condensation in the housing unit. SOLUTION: Cooling air which passed along an indoor heat exchanger 4 is supplied to the housing unit 1 housing a communication apparatus 3, and capacity of the air conditioner is controlled according to difference between temperature Ta of the inside of the the housing unit 1 and a setting value Ts. Temperature Tc of the indoor heat exchanger 11 of the air conditioner is detected and information of detected temperature Tc is provided to a centralized controller 30. The centralized controller 30 defines the setting value Ts according to the detected temperature Tc and a command for changing to the setting value Ts is issued to the air conditioner.
