PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device for a tank inside to facilitate carrying in the tank inside. SOLUTION: The inspection device for the tank inside inspects the inside of the tank 1 of which ceiling wall part 1a has a tank opening 1b. The device is equipped with a lifting arm 6, a middle arm 7, a middle arm development mechanism 16, a tip arm 8, and a tip arm development mechanism 18. The lifting arm 6 is installed being hung from the tank opening 1b into the tank 1. The base end part of the middle arm 7 is rotatably connected to the lifting arm 6. The middle arm development mechanism 16 develops the middle arm to the lifting arm 6. The base end part of the tip arm 8 is rotatably connected to the middle arm 7. The tip arm development mechanism 18 develops the tip arm 8 to the middle arm 7. The tip arm 8 is equipped with the inspection device or a gauge for an inspection worker. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
