PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a material cost, a processing cost and a weight and to secure the volume of an accumulation chamber, while preventing a cylinder from ballooning generated at the time of lost motion mainly concerning a nailing device which drives a nail to be used for construction. SOLUTION: The ballooning of the cylinder 3 is prevented by providing a buffer 24 comprising a flexible material such as rubber between a protrusion section 3a on the upper periphery of the cylinder 3 and an exhaust cover 13 which fixes the protrusion 3b on the cylinder 3.
