PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power conversion efficiency by suppressing the surge voltage and suppressing the energy loss. SOLUTION: This system includes the first charging/discharging element C3 which is connected in parallel with the coil section FN1 of the primary coil FN of a converter transformer T, and the second charging/discharging element C4 which is connected in parallel with the coil part FN2 of the primary coil FN. When the first switch element transfers to off, the first charging/discharging element is charged with energy accumulated on the side of a primary coil. When the second switch element transfers to off, a filter capacitor C1 is charged with charge energy. When the second switch element transfers to off, the second charging/discharging element is charged with energy accumulated on the side of the primary coil.
