PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce security by lowering the possibility of being intercepted in a radio communication system for performing digital data communication. SOLUTION: In radio communication equipment which have a function for performing communication at one transmission rate or more and control access with a control signal in the radio communication system that can perform digital data communication, radio communication equipment on a data packet transmitting side has a function for measuring the signal power level of a control signal transmitted from receiving side radio communication equipment and has a function for dynamically adjusting the signal power level of transmission data packet.
