PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disable the reproduction of an optical information storage medium in a highly efficient and clean work environment. SOLUTION: This processor is provided with a microwave transmission path 2 for permitting the transmission of only microwaves of a TE 10 mode, a microwave oscillator 3 for supplying microwaves, slits 4 disposed on opposing positions on the other side of the microwave transmission path 2 to become the inlet and the outlet of the microwave transmission path 2 of an optical information storage medium 1, a guide 6 disposed around the slits 4 to guide the optical information storage medium 1 to the slits 4, a roller 8 whose rotational speed is changed through a hole formed in the guide 6, and rollers 9a, 9b equipped with cutters to scrape off the label of the optical information storage medium 1.
