PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access right management system in which access right can be set in detail and easily managed. SOLUTION: An access set generation part 101 which is a component of an access right management system 100 generates/updates an access set based on attribute information obtained from a personnel information database 104 and stores in an access set storage part 105. An access right group setting part 102 displays an access right group setting screen 102a based on the access set stored in the access set storage part 105, generates/updates an access set group based on a combination of the access sets arbitrarily selected by a system administrator, and stores in an access right group storage part 106.
