摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that stop positions of two shafts shift when repeatedly reciprocated while one of them is in full closed control and the other is in semi closed control. SOLUTION: In a machine tool driving a movable table using two parallel ball screws exclusively possessing driving servo motors and servo controllers, only one load position detector such as a linear scale is mounted parallel to the ball screws, position information acquired by the load position detector is fed back to the two servo controllers to perform full closed control of both the shafts.
