PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the height and angle of an apparatus by means of an adjuster having a mechanism for vertical operation in the apparatus requiring angle adjustment and including a projector. SOLUTION: The projector 30 has: at its front top surface, an adjuster 32 for adjusting the height and the angle; at its approximately center, the adjuster 10 allowed to putting in and taking out a leg 14 from its bottom by the pressing-down operation of an adjuster button 32; and at its front lower section, a fingers touch section having a shape hanging at least several fingers except the thumb when the thumb touches the adjuster button 32, or received surface treatment. A user is allowed to simply positively adjust the height or the angle with one hand while stably grasping and holding the projector 30 by hanging the fingers on the fingers touch section in pressing down the adjuster button 32.
