PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile telephone set capable of preventing a camera lens part from being damaged by covering the camera lens part when the camera is not used as a 1st purpose and easily switching photographic settings of the camera as a 2nd purpose. SOLUTION: The mobile telephone set with a camera function is equipped with a rotary lid 3 which rotatably covers the camera lens part 2, an opening window part 31a which is formed at least one place where the camera lens part 2 is exposed through rotational operation of the rotary lid 3, and an optical filter 32 which is formed at least one place corresponding to the camera lens part 2 through the rotational operation of the rotary lid 3 which is rotated to selectively cover the camera lens part 2 with the rotary lid, expose the camera lens part 2 in the opening window part 31, or interpose the optical filter 32.
