PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure an average flow rate by an areal average based on the linearity between the flow rate and the differential pressure, which is the feature of a laminar type flowmeter, even when a certain degree of unevenness in the flow velocity distribution or the temperature distribution exists due to the structure, the restriction of a flow passage, or the like. SOLUTION: In the laminar type flowmeter, in which a laminar element having a group of many narrow flow passages is constituted so as to be held in a circular tube flow passage, and which measures the flow rate of a fluid on the basis of the differential pressure between the static pressure at the upstream side of the laminar element and the static pressure of the downstream side thereof, in order to detect the average static pressures at the inlet side and the outlet side of the group of fine flow passages and to detect the average temperature at the inlet side, tips for detecting the static pressure and the temperature are disposed at the areal average position in the radius direction of the laminar element, with respect to an annular segmentation.
