PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the magnetic property of a sample by preventing magnetic fluxes generated in an x-direction and a y-direction from affecting each other. SOLUTION: A pair of magnetizing yokes 1x facing in an x-direction are magnetically coupled through a first yoke 2x. The first yoke 2x has a pair of columnar parts 21x extended in a z-direction and a columnar part 22x extended in the x-direction between the end parts of a pair of the columnar parts 21x, and vertically disposed in the z-direction. Similarly, a pair of magnetizing yokes 1y faced in a y-direction are magnetically combined together through a second yoke 2y. The second yoke 2y also has a pair of columnar parts 21y extended in the z-direction and a columnar part 22y extended in the y-direction between the end parts of a pair of the columnar parts 21y, and vertically disposed in the z-direction. Here, the dimension of columnar parts 21y of the second yoke 2y is shorter than that of the first columnar parts 21x of the yoke 2x, and the second yoke 2y is located inside of the first yoke 2x.
