PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly suck and discharge the air from a lower part in a room by sucking and discharging the air in the room of a building through a wall face. SOLUTION: A passage part is formed on an indoor wall face material, an intake pipe or a discharge pipe composed of a thin hollow rectangular member is installed in a state that its front plate is approximately flush with a surface at an indoor side of the indoor wall face material, and an inlet port or an outlet port is formed on a part of the front plate.
