PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for an air conditioner capable of inhibiting increase of draft resistance and improving heat exchange capacity. SOLUTION: Cut and raised parts 41 to 44 between adjacent heat transfer tubes 21 and 22 in a direction perpendicular to an air flow direction are provided in four or more rows in the air flow direction, and a rise up parts closer to fin collars of inside cut and raised parts close to a virtual line segment CL connecting centers of the heat transfer tubes completely overlap in a view from the air flow direction, and at least a part of rise up part of cut and raised part in far outside from the virtual line segment overlaps the fin collar in a view from the air flow direction. The minimum distance L1 between the rise up part of each inside cut and raised part and the fin collar , and a diameter Dc of the fin collar has a relation of 0.1≤L1/Dc≤0.25. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
