PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor pump capable of preventing a lowering of pump efficiency by preventing the back flow of a fluid. SOLUTION: This motor pump 10 is provided with a first cap 20 formed with a passage intake 23; a second cap 30 formed with a passage outlet 33; a housing 40 having a connecting pipe 42 for connecting the passage intake 23 to the passage outlet 33; a stator 50; and a rotor 60. The rotor 60 is formed with a plurality of mixed flow blades 63b radially stuck to a rotating shaft 61, and a can 69 formed of an approximately cylindrical body stuck to the radially outside of the plurality of mixed flow blades 63b. A spiral groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the can 69 to create the flow of the fluid from the passage intake 23 side to the passage outlet 33 side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
