PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall structure which is prevented from warpage, twist, etc. of a wall forming plate, occurring due to long-term use thereof, and to provide the wall forming plate and a fixing member for use for the wall structure. SOLUTION: The wall structure includes the plurality of wall forming plates 1 which are mounted on a column 5 in the horizontal orientation. Each wall forming plate 1 consists of a protrusion 2 longitudinally arranged along an upper edge thereof, a recess 3 longitudinally formed in a lower edge thereof, with which the protrusion 2 is engageable, a rear surface 11 forming one of surfaces in a thickness direction, and a front surface 12 forming the other surface in the thickness direction. The front surface 12 is inclined such that the thickness between the front surface 12 and the rear surface 11 is increased toward a lower portion of the plate. Further the lower edge of the wall forming plate 1 is provided with a back-flow preventive surface 312 which is inclined so as to form an acute angle with the front surface 12. The rear surface 11 of the wall forming plate 1 makes contact with an abutting surface of the mounting member 5 without forming a gap, and the wall forming plates 1 are vertically connected together by fitting the protrusion 2 with the recess 3 to each other.
