PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen removing a part of heavy portion from a paper fiber suspension with a simple device before the paper fiber suspension reaches a screen element. SOLUTION: A through flow opening 2 is a slit, wherein longitudinal elongation of the slit is right angle or inclined angle to circumferential movement and the maximum opening width of the flow opening 2 is at least 5 mm viewed in a circumferential direction. A centrifugal rotor 3 comprises a disk and the disk is set perpendicular to the axis of rotation and located to form a gap 14, wherein, a fiber material suspension liquid S flows through a cyclic gap 14 from a feed chamber 4 radially inside to a screen element 1 and a radial size (a) of the cyclic gap 14 is 100 mm at most.
