PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stretchable spun yarn mixed with staple fibers of specific elastic fibers. SOLUTION: The stretchable spun yarn comprises≥10% staple fibers of the elastic fibers, has≥10% stretch ratio after wet-heat treatment at 100°C for 30 minutes. Preferably the staple fibers of the elastic fibers in which high elongation is latent by dry-heat treatment and which have≤250% elongation at break and≤100% elongation under initial stress of 0.1 cN/dtex are preferably used as the elastic fibers.
