The preparation contains a chelating metal complex compound with a monodentate ligand, which exhibits affinity to hydrogen ion, an ionogenic surfactant and a solvent. The preparation displays antiseptic properties and effectiveness of the content. The preparation affects gram positive and gram negative bacteria, viruses, spores. The preparation can be applied in a broad temperature interval.
