A first axle (20) with a first drive wheel (22) is rotatably mounted in a frame (10). A second axle (30) extending parallel to the first axle and having a slave wheel (32) mounted on it via a first bearing is also mounted in the frame and connected to the first drive wheel via a belt. A second drive wheel (34) is mounted on the second axle via a bearing and coupled to the first drive wheel via a free-wheel bearing (36). A third axle (30) mounted in the frame extends parallel to the first and second axles and has a flywheel (42) mounted on it via a second bearing, the flywheel being connected to the second drive wheel via a second belt.
