<p>Longitudinal bone fixation element, especially in the form of a bone wire, pin or screw, comprises a central longitudinal axis (2), a front section (3) for inserting in a bone, a rear section (4), and a middle section (5) arranged between the front and rear sections. The rear section is provided with a grid (6) for cooperating with a stopper placed on the bone fixation element coaxially to the longitudinal axis and moving only in one direction. Preferred Features: The grid is a toothed rack with asymmetrical teeth (11). The front faces of the teeth facing the middle section are steeper than the rear faces.</p> |
