PURPOSE: A soundproof structure of a body for a vehicle is provided to easily install a soundproof foaming pad at the hollow part of the body, and to improve the soundproof effect of the body. CONSTITUTION: A bracket(41) is installed at a space formed by each panel. Soundproof foaming pads(42) are installed at the end of the bracket. A mounting unit(41d) is integrated with one side of the bracket. A fixing unit(41c) is formed at the mounting unit, and is coupled to a fixing hole formed at the panel.
