METHOD OF CONNECTING PLASTIC CONSTITUTING MEMBER USING LASER RADIATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the damage of the surface quality of a plastic constitution member caused by material destruction on quality surface, when parts members are bonded to other parts members, in a plastic constituting member in a thin wall state.

SOLUTION: Transparent plastic constituting members (4) are preheated for reducing the temperature gradient between the plastic constituting members during the bonding, which helps to melt the transparent plastic constituting member (4) faster caused by the thermal transfer in bonding to restrict the heat diffusion in the direction to the quality surface in an absorbing plastic constituting members (1).
