<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic system for setting an optimum sound field, even when a center speaker is arranged on the rear side of a screen. <P>SOLUTION: When the center speaker 4 is arranged on the rear side of the screen 1, high-pass sounds of the speaker 4 which are attenuated by the screen 1 are outputted as corrected sounds from a correction speaker 5 arranged on the front side of the screen 1. In this way, even when the speaker 4 is arranged on the rear side of the screen 1, suitable sound output from the speaker 4 can be obtained at a viewing position where a user views the screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
