<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosetting composition for a bus electrode capable of forming a thin-line pattern of ≤40 μm in line width through single-time pattern exposure without generating line absence due to an undercut of a black layer. <P>SOLUTION: The photosetting black composition is used for the black layer of ≤1 μm in thickness of a bus electrode of a black-and-white layer structure and contains (A) an organic binder, (B) black particulates, (C) a photopolymerizable monomer, (D) a photopolymerization initiator, and (E) an organic solvent; and the organic binder (A) is a resin of 120 to 300 mgKOH/g in acid number, 20,000 to 100,000 in weight average molecular weight and the organic solvent (E) is mixed by 200 to 400 mass pts. with the 100 mass pts. organic binder (A). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
