<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a member to check summaries of available treatments and fees when, for example, receiving uncovered treatment at an affiliated medical office of a medical network, by presenting in advance a definition of reward points of every treatment even in a medical institution or the like that can not present in advance fees to many unspecified persons. <P>SOLUTION: A point member 40 searches affiliated medical offices 30 via, for example, a homepage of the medical network 20, checks in advance treatment items available at the searched medical offices and points acquirable by the treatments, and applies for treatment to the medical network 20. The medical network 20 inquires of the affiliated medical offices 30 for reservation, and notifies the member.
