<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call sale system suitable for delivering commodities to users in a limited area such as a stadium, a train coach with reserved seats, and a parking lot. <P>SOLUTION: In a selling system 20 comprising a selling server 21 and a user certificate/settlement server 22 which are connected to the Internet, a seller and a user (purchaser) access the selling server 21 to order a commodity and receive the order by means of the portable terminals 30 and 40 respectively.
