<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer introduction system and method for improving the convenience and the efficiency of management by establishing a system to smoothly introduce customers among a plurality of facilities. <P>SOLUTION: This customer introduction system is configured of a network line L connecting a plurality of stores A, B, and so on and a plurality of store terminal equipment 1A and 1B and so on arranged in the respective stores A and B for communicating and sharing information related with congestion conditions or the like through a network line L. The terminal equipment 1A of the store A which is crowded with customers waiting for vacancy decides the vacant store B to which the customer can be introduced based on the shared information, and informs the customer of the store B as the introduction destination and the introduction ID. The store terminal equipment 1B of the introduction destination specifies the store A being the introduction origin in accordance with the introduction ID of the customer, and executes settlement processing to pay a predetermined introduction fee to the store A at the introduction origin after the fare adjustment of a service price is completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
