PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide houses of high quality with clearness over the whole of housing production by exchanging information about each process and progressing condition of housing production to be required for each person concerned with the housing production each other for improvement of the processes.

SOLUTION: A management system 200 forms a process planning of a building property and manages with a data base DB. A terminal device at a distant place can access the data base DB and the only discriminated people concerned can access the data base, and at the same time, both the people concerned can read each other. Each process and work contents process of a building property is made clear by commonly having the information to give clearness to the working contents related to the housing production, and consciousness of each person concerned to housing production is improved to improve quality of housing. A sense of security is given to a client. A field camera 211 provided in a construction field picks up images of the working condition of real process and transmits the images to a terminal device of the client in real time.
