PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the total number of tools and implements or the like to be used at a construction site or the like, and to integrally manage the check condition of each tool and implement or the like in an integrated manner and systematically.

SOLUTION: Tools and implements to be used are all registered in a data generation means 14 as batch management data 22. An individual identification label 24 is attached to each tool and implement T, and individual display is read by a reading means 18 in a check so that each tool and implement T can be identified. A test mode corresponding to each tool and implement T is automatically selected by a selecting means 20A to perform the check. The check results are transferred to the data generation means 14 to update the batch management data 22.
