摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a smooth shift while emphasizing throttle opening control and shift control in an optimum state based on a throttle opening command value and a shift command value in the case of performing throttle opening control and shift control individually. <P>SOLUTION: An engine control node 4 for controlling an engine 3, a shift control node 5 for controlling an ahead/astern changeover device 28, and a remote control lever 8 for selecting the throttle opening command value and the shift command value, are connected by a network. The engine control node 4 controls the throttle opening to total closure when the shift command value and an actual shift region are different. The shift control node 5 changes over to a neutral region from a trawl (ahead) or back trawl (astern) region when a throttle opening detection value becomes a total closure neighborhood value or less, and changes over to the trawl or back trawl region from the neutral region when the engine speed becomes a prescribed value or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
