<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virgin cap which satisfactorily prevents illegal opening, and does not leave a virgin part on the mouth part of a bottle for recycling with no problems. <P>SOLUTION: A tubular ring having an easily breakable part is breakably connected to the opening part of a cap main body. When the cap main body is screwed on the mouth part of a bottle, the ring is caught by the bead of the bottle, and the cap main body is turned in a cap opening direction, the ring is easily broken off from the easily breakable part, and the cap main body and the ring are broken off one by one leaving a part without being broken off.
