PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to select a route meeting to own desire in every section partitioned by a passing-through site. SOLUTION: Route figures 711-715 of five recommended routes from the present position to the first through site are displayed together with a present position mark 601, a destination mark 602 and a through site mark 603, as to the first section out of the sections partitioned between the present position and the destination by the through site (e), and determination for the route is received out of the recommended routes displayed with the route figures. Then, the route figure 713 determined by an operation of the user as to the first section and, and route figures 721-725 of five recommended routes found as to the second section are displayed as to the second section (g), and determination for the route is received out of the recommended routes displayed with the route figures.
