PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device comprising an antenna part and a base part provided with a circuitry that is mounted as an integral type and dismounted separately. SOLUTION: The antenna device is provided with the cylindrical antenna part 11 and the base part 12 provided with the circuitry applying processing to a received signal or a transmitted signal and configured to be like a rod through the connection to the antenna part 11, wherein the antenna part 11 and the base part 12 are coupled attachably and detachably by a clamp 6.
