PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein any method other than a method of coping-with by reducing an average processing number is not found, as display is impossible when flow signals D' ,E' ,G' ,H' ,I' indicating abrupt fluctuation are input, because an average value in three signal D, E, F change gradually as output signals D, E, F, G, H when the average values of the three signals is used, for example, even when signal values A, B, C are 0 and the signals are abruptly increased in the D, E, F, since increase of the average processing number means delay of a response to fluctuation of a hemihedry flow. SOLUTION: A signal processor 2 is connected to a flowmeter 1, a display 3 is connected to the signal processor 2, and the processor 2 is provided with a memory 2a, a computing function 2b, a comparison function 2c, a judge-determination function 2d and a signal converting function 2e.
