PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring protein-intermolecular interactions easily, rapidly and sensitively by using C-terminus labeled protein. SOLUTION: In the method, the protein whose C-terminus is labeled by one phosphor of a combination causing an FRET (fluorescence resonance energy transfer), is treated in solution so as to be in contact with a molecule labeled by the other phosphor of the combination causing the FRET, and then values of fluorescence emitted by the FRET of the two phosphors based on the interaction between the C-terminus labeled protein and the labeled molecule are measured.
