PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curing coating composition with high productivity, excellent in scuff resistance, adhesivity and gasoline resistance, and capable of forming a coating film with high beautifulness. SOLUTION: The composition comprises (A) an ultraviolet-curable polyfunctional (meth)acrylate with more than four functional (meth)acryloyl groups in a molecule having 300 to 2,000 number-averaged molecular weight, (B) a lactone-modified polyester resin containing 10 to 50 mass% lactone ring-opening adduct and with a hydroxyl value of 50 to 180 mgKOH/g, and (C) a non-yellowing type polyisocyanate compound and/or an amino resin, wherethe mass ratio of (A) to (B)+(C) is 10:90 to 50:50, and the mass ratio of (B) to (C) is 90:10 to 20:80, and further comprises a photostabilizer and a photopolymerization initiator, so that the obtained cured coating film has 10 to 18 Knoop hardness and the molecular weight between cross-linking points in the cured coating film is 150 to 300.
