PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor plate which is rich in design and high in degree of freedom of designing, and exhibits high water resistance by itself. SOLUTION: The double-sided decorative floor plate is formed of a base plate 4 and decorative sheets 6, 8 bonded onto both sides of the base plate 4, which are different in design from each other. Means for imparting the mutually different designs to both the decorative sheets may include a means for patterning both the decorative sheets differently from each other, a means for coloring both the decorative sheets differently from each other, a means for shaping both the decorative sheets differently from each other by forming a groove in one or both of surfaces of the floor plate.
