PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for simply manufacturing an aerosol spray can in a small lot. SOLUTION: A liquid injection device is provided with an injection rod 2 for pushing out a coating material stored in a liquid storing cylinder 7. The liquid storing cylinder 7 is attached to a cylinder supporting base 9 with a cylinder width adjusting cylinder 6 and a projecting part 7b so as to push an injection port 13 downward by a fixed distance with the push down of the injection rode 2. A cylinder return spring 8 continues to apply force to move the injection port 13 upward during the injection of the coating material. An inside valve of an aerosol vessel 17 is opened by pushing a spray nozzle 16 down with the push down of the injection port 13. As a result, the coating material pushed out by the injection rod 2 is injected to the aerosol container 17. When the injection is finished, the injection port 13 is moved upward by the force of the cylinder return spring 8 to close the inside valve. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
