PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement increasing holding force of a user whose grasping force is lowered. SOLUTION: This holder is so constituted that the head part 29 of a holding grip 27 loosely inserted in an insertion space 25 is locked and supported in an arbitrary recessed notch part, a handle 22 is held with fingers, and the holding grip 27 is held by the palm, so as to enlarge the holding force of the user.
