PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper which minimizes spillage in the crotch concerning a type in which an absorbent is fastened on a sheet. SOLUTION: In the diaper 30 having a pair of left and right leg parts 6A and 6B, the first leg part elastic member 9a for forming a leg gather 9A is arranged at one leg part 6A and the second leg part elastic member 9b for forming a leg gather 9B at the other leg part 6B. An absorbor 10 is provided with an area 10a related to the one leg part 6A and an area 10b related to the other leg part 6B. Moreover, the first crotch part elastic member 15a which is connected to the first leg part elastic member and shrinks in linkage with the shrinkage of the first leg part elastic member and the second crotch part elastic member 15b which is connected to the second leg part elastic member and shrinks in linkage with the shrinkage of the second leg part elastic member are so arranged as to overlap the respective side rim part areas of the absorbor across the width of the crotch.
