PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine with a game ball discharge mechanism and excellent in operability. SOLUTION: A movable bottom part 13 forming at least a part of the bottom of a reservoir opening 28 and a movable tray member 10 with a front wall part 12 forming the front surface of the reservoir opening 28 are disposed in the Pachinko game machine to be movable horizontally in the front/rear directions. The position of the movable tray member 10 can be shifted from a regular position where game balls can be reserved in the reservoir opening 28 to a discharge position where a ball discharge port 17 is formed as the movable bottom part 13 is retracted forward and game balls can be discharged from the ball discharge port 17, and a front wall part 12 of the movable tray member 10 makes a discharge operation part.
