PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scrub brush with a handle by which a narrow place or a thin and dirty part such as a pipe is scrubbed. SOLUTION: A base part 1 is formed of a linear bar shape member of 30-40cm length. A part within the range of 14-15cm from the distal end 1a of the base part is made a metallic scrub brush attachment part 11, and the remaining part is made a handle part 12. A scrub brush part 2 made of continuously helically curled flat and thin metallic wire is adhered on the whole circumference of the metallic scrub brush attachment part. The scrub brush part 2 is arranged in the whole metallic scrub brush attachment part 11 in the base part 1 by gradually and helically winding the wire on the front surface of the base part 1 from the distal end 1a at the scrub brush part to a boundary part 1b.
