<p>When a VoIP terminal of the called side receives a multi-cast communication call, an SLIC (218) transmits a linking signal to a loudspeaker IF (220). Upon reception of the linking signal, the loudspeaker IF (220) enters a state to output sound from the loudspeaker (222) even if a user does not answer. Compressed sound data is taken out of an IP packet received from the network, decompressed in a DSP (214) into sound data. Furthermore, the sound data is made into a sound signal by a CODEC (216) and output from the loudspeaker (222).</p> |
