The present invention relates to a method for mass-producing ferritin, which is a protein for storing ferrous(Fe) of human by using yeast. According to the present invention, ferritin, which is safe and functionally, operably efficient, can be produced with high yield. Therefore, ferritin produced according to the present invention can be used effectively as material for supplying ferrous.
