<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method for realizing the early establishment and stabilization of an automatic production method. <P>SOLUTION: In a production process, logging data in which measured values obtained by image processing are time-sequentially arranged are stored in a logging data base 15, and predetermined arithmetic processing is operated to the logging data by a data analysis engine 16 to obtain the change tendency.
