PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and efficiently acquire a stable correspondence result unliable to a local solution when finding correspondence between images. SOLUTION: An image input part 10 inputs a reference image and an input image. A division processing part 11 creates reference local images and input local images. A similarity image creation part 13 creates similarity images defining similarity between the reference local images and the input local images. An addition processing part 14 adds maximum pixel values of adjacent similarity images to the pixel value of a target pixel in a target similarity image sequentially as shifting the target pixel.
