PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine chain case structure having an oil splash preventing wall for preventing the splash of an oil pumped up by a chain and an oil guide wall for guiding the oil in the flowing direction, both being integrally protruded on the inner face of a chain case to be mounted on an engine body with its chain being covered for transmitting the rotating power to a crank shaft, increasing the rigidity of the chain case while avoiding a weight increase of the chain case. SOLUTION: An abutment portion 38 for abutting on the engine body is integrally protruded on the inner face of the chain case 35, ranging to the oil splash preventing wall 36 and the oil guide wall 37 with no space.
