PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition capable of forming a coating having excellent weather resistance, crack resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., and capable of being cured at ordinary temperature. SOLUTION: This coating composition contains (A) an alkoxysilyl-containing acrylic resin, (B) an organosilane compound, and (C) an aminosilane compound. The acrylic resin (A) and the organosilane compound (B) are preferably contained in amounts of 5-95 wt% and 5-95 wt% based on the total solid content of the resin, respectively.
