PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device of an elevator capable of stably holding a light source at the center position of an illumination cover, preventing the illumination cover from coming into contact with the light source, and always maintaining a high reflecting efficiency. SOLUTION: This illuminating device of the elevator comprises the light source for illuminating the inside of the elevator, a light source support body electrically connected to the light source and holding the light source, an illumination cover having an opening part at the center thereof and opening downward and reflecting the light emitted from the light source, and an illumination cover holding body fitted to the edge of the opening part of the illumination cover and allowed to abut on the light source support body when the illumination cover is installed on the support body.
